              What's On Your Sandwich?

              Turkey Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich
              TBLT - Turkey Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich.  Try this using the Oroweat Sandwich Thins

              Tuna packed in olive oil, mixed with chopped onion, chopped apples, walnuts, chopped celery, a little mayo or plain yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice. 

              Use Whole Wheat Pancakes in place of regular sandwich bread.  Make them ahead and freeze between waxed paper.  When ready to use, just pop them into the toaster.  Spread with Apple Compote (see Recipes) Almond Butter or jam.  Your can find a great recipe for Blueberry Whole Wheat Pancakes at the Heart & Stroke Foundation website.
